Job summary

Richemont in New York seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume boutique and corporate recruitment. You will screen, qualify, and build a robust candidate pipeline while partnering with HR and hiring managers to align talent with business goals.

You will manage intake meetings, craft compelling digital job ads, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience across time zones, leveraging our ATS and social platforms.

Qualifications

• You are a people-magnet and expert communicator.
• You are enthusiastic and passionate about luxury retail.
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment with multiple searches.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique and corporate levels; manage high requisitions.
• Team player who shares resources, energy and candidates.
• Ability to work across time zones with a digitally savvy approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and labor market intel.
• Interview candidates against competencies; build diverse shortlists and high-touch experiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
• Create digital job ads for social media and coordinate local outreach events.
• Track interviews and placements using the ATS; present activity to leadership.
