360 Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive / Account Manager in New York to join our growing North America division. You will work with the Senior Recruiter in New York to deliver end-to-end recruitment, headhunting and account management for premium and luxury brands across the US and Canada.

360 Talent is a high-end retail recruitment firm delivering strategic talent solutions across Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle markets throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America.

Founded in London in 2014, we have experienced sustained international growth and are continuing to expand our presence in US & Canada, based out of New York City.

We are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive / Account Manager to join our growing North America division, working closely with our Senior Recruiter in New York.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced agency or in-house recruiter who wants to combine recruitment, headhunting and account management within the luxury retail and fashion market.

You will play a key role in:

• Managing and developing relationships with premium and luxury brands across the US & Canada
• Working alongside our Senior Recruiter to grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Delivering end-to-end recruitment and executive search assignments across retail roles, from entry level through to senior leadership
• Proactively headhunting and building strong talent networks across the North American luxury market
• Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of our New York operation

You’ll be joining an established international recruitment business while becoming part of a small, ambitious and growing New York team, giving you strong visibility, autonomy and the opportunity to make a genuine impact as our North American business develops.

We’re looking for someone who is commercial, entrepreneurial and relationship-driven, with the confidence to manage clients, identify opportunities and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Experience within high end retail / retail recruitment is essential. Full training will be provided to experienced retailers looking to become a recruiter.
