Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy, customer-first sales environment. You will drive productivity, coach the team, and uphold brand standards while managing daily operations and client relationships.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development, fostering an inclusive culture. This role requires flexibility to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and confidently navigate the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive store productivity and profitability through coaching and KPI management.
• Lead by example as a brand ambassador and elevate service and selling behaviors.
• Coach team, support recruitment and onboarding, and promote an inclusive culture.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory accuracy.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives and live selling to grow loyalty.
