Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and apply best practices.
• Coach team on goals, performance, and development; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and secure the store.
• Maintain organized stockroom and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream shopping and clienteling.
