Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium to luxury selling environment.
• Existing client base preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with available technology.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintains deep connection with clients and drives repeat business to achieve sales goals
• Consistently delivers memorable in store experiences to all clients; plans client appointments to maximize results
• Inform clients on in-store events and new product deliveries to enhance their experience
• Skilled at using multiple channels of technology to strengthen existing relationships and drive new client acquisition
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all categories of the brand
• Address a client’s total wardrobe needs across all categories
• Inform clients on brand services to ensure they can enjoy all Lafayette 148 has to offer
• Always puts the client first when resolving issues, exceeding expectations
• Support the operational functions within the store, including opening/closing procedures, inventory, and daily revenue reporting
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards, supporting the training and development of Stylist
