Lafayette 148 is seeking a Stylist to represent the brand image and grow a client base by delivering expert product advice and memorable shopping experiences. You will plan appointments, inform clients about events, and drive engagement across all brand categories.

The role requires delivering exceptional service, maintaining relationships, and supporting store operations while contributing to a polished visual presentation. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium to luxury selling environments.
• Existing client base or book preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with available technology and devices.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain deep connection with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals.
• Deliver memorable in-store experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Inform clients about in-store events and new product deliveries to boost engagement.
• Utilize multiple channels of technology to strengthen relationships and acquire new clients.
• Maintain broad product knowledge across all categories to maximize selling potential.
• Address a client’s wardrobe needs across all categories and inform them about brand services.
• Prioritize client needs and resolve issues to exceed expectations.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and daily revenue reporting.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards and assist in stylist training.
