Responsibilities

• Lead by example to create a professional, customer-centric selling environment.
• Maintain brand image with product knowledge and client development guidance.
• Measure satisfaction and ensure adherence to service standards.
• Present merchandise per corporate directives and standards.
• Communicate customer requests to Store Manager and manage stock organization.
• Support selling and servicing processes as a priority and coordinate with IT/Accounting/Warehouse for escalations.
• Balance cash drawer and ensure security procedures are followed.
