Job summary

rag & bone in New York is seeking a Store Manager to embody the brand culture, oversee daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive profitable top-line sales.

You will coach and develop all staff, partner with People, Visual Merchandising, and Buying teams, recruit and onboard talent, and build a positive, client-centric environment that reflects rag & bone's values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior work experience in specialty retail with 3+ years in a management role.
• Proven track record in delivering best-in-class customer experiences and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and build loyalty.
• Train staff on store operations from register to stock room.
• Maintain cash handling and payroll/scheduling integrity.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training and development of staff.
• Coach, counsel and develop associates to meet store goals.
• Partner with People Team on hiring, status changes and related admin.
• Analyze sales data to set strategies and maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Buying on product displays.
