Job summary

rag & bone is seeking an Assistant Manager in New York to be a core partner to the Store Manager. You will oversee daily operations, elevate the customer experience, and coach supervisors and associates to deliver best-in-class service.

This role requires strong clienteling, sales leadership, and collaboration with merchandising teams. You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop staff while contributing to store business plans, analyzing sales data to drive performance, and maintaining brand

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of retail experience in specialty, contemporary, or luxury environments.
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience.
• Advanced clienteling skills with the ability to build and grow a loyal customer base.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.
• Strong leadership presence on the sales floor with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.

Responsibilities
