Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in driving category performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a high-performing, service-oriented team, coach associates in real-time, and ensure smooth customer flow and brand consistency on the floor.

The role requires 1-2 years of supervisory retail experience, strong POS proficiency, and a passion for coaching.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
• Advanced knowledge of POS systems and customer service expectations.
• Experience coaching sales associates to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals.
• Partner with Store Manager on sell-through and category training.
• Provide real-time coaching to deliver the Burberry Experience and uphold brand standards.
• Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and no unattended clients.
• Drive collaboration between sales, specialists, stock and operations teams.
• Lead onboarding and development plans for new joiners and ongoing staff growth.
• Deliver the Burberry Experience training and reinforce key elements in daily routines.
