Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Store Supervisor in Georgia to lead a team of sales associates, drive category performance, and ensure the Burberry Experience for every customer. You will coach, train and motivate staff while maintaining brand standards on the selling floor.

In this role you will manage customer flow, support store operations, and collaborate with Store Manager on performance reviews and development plans. Apple devices familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS system.
• Ability to handle complex customer service issues; including complaints, returns and after-sales.
• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
• Fluent, professional dialogue with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve KPIs.
• Drive sales for the assigned category; partner with Store Manager on sell-through and training.
• Lead a high performing, customer-focused team delivering the Burberry Experience.
• Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and coverage of all clients.
• Collaborate on the Burberry Experience training and roll out with the Store Manager and Training teams.
• Resolve difficult customer issues; escalate to management when needed.
• Oversee post-void transactions and authorize discounts in the absence of store management.
• Drive the digital in-store experience using available digital tools.
