Formación

• 2+ years of experience in luxury, premium, or high-end retail.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for luxury fashion, accessories, beauty, jewelry, or other premium products.
• Highly polished, professional, and client-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every client and create a memorable luxury shopping experience.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-up.
• Understand client needs and confidently recommend products based on their preferences and lifestyle.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand, product collections, materials, craftsmanship, and current offerings.
• Assist with merchandising, replenishment, inventory management, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
• Support special events, client appointments, launches, and other brand initiatives.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with luxury brand standards.
• Collaborate with management and fellow team members to achieve overall store objectives.
• Handle client concerns professionally and elevate issues to management when appropriate.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive brands, and luxury retail developments.
