JAMES PERSE is seeking a full-time Senior Client Advisor for our Montecito, CA location to drive client development and sales while upholding the brand’s service standards. The role supports store leadership, oversees operations in their absence, and welcomes high-end customers with a premium experience.

Responsibilities include hitting daily, monthly, and annual targets, cultivating long-term client relationships, maintaining visual standards, and participating in events.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail/boutique selling high-end goods.
• Cultivated clientele and proven sales ability.
• Open availability for a 7 days a week operation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish and manage client relationships with James Perse standards.
• Set the example for exceptional service and store visuals.
• Maintain selling floor and store standards.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and projects.
• Open and close the store and conduct procedures.
• Utilize local market knowledge of clientele and competitors.
• Participate in events and projects as needed.
• Adhere to all store procedures while maintaining excellence.
