JAMES PERSE is currently hiring a full time Senior Retail Client Advisor at our Wilmette, IL location. The role focuses on client development, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining brand standards in a high-end boutique environment.

The Senior Client Advisor will exceed sales targets, nurture an established client base, and help execute store operations, events, and inventory processes in collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in retail with high-end goods and clientelling is ideal.
• Ability to work in a 7-days-a-week operation with open scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop relationships with clients and manage communications.
• Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
• Open and close the store; manage opening/closing procedures.
• Support operations and participate in events (e.g., sample sales).
• Oversee store and staff in absence of management.
