Job summary

James Perse Enterprises, Inc. in Miami Design District is seeking a Senior Client Advisor for a full-time role. You will drive client development and sales while upholding James Perse visual standards and exceptional service in a high-end boutique environment.

The role requires a polished, energetic professional with luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead store operations in the absence of management. Commission is offered in addition to hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with high-end goods and client-focused sales.
• Established client following is preferred.
• Ability to open scheduling and seven-day operation availability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Establish relationships with clients and maintain communications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store standards.
• Maintain selling floor, visuals and overall store appearance.
• Grow existing clients and reach new prospects through networking.
• Support operational tasks and projects and assist with opening/closing.
• Capture local market knowledge and participate in events as needed.
• Comply with store procedures while sustaining client experience excellence.
• All other duties as assigned.
