Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to greet clients, process transactions at the POS, and maintain a well-organized sales floor. The role emphasizes brand representation, customer engagement, and accurate stock management.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak times is required; prior luxury retail experience is preferred. Training will cover POS use, product knowledge, and loss-prevention guidelines.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail or luxury service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the market.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash-wrap organization.
• Promote gifts, capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Assist team and management as needed and respond to customer requests.
