Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in our Nashville area store to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain store standards. You will welcome clients, operate a POS system, process shipments, and help with stock and merchandising tasks, while upholding Coach's brand standards and loss prevention guidelines.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is required. The role emphasizes brand ambassadorship, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset in a luxury retail

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
