Job summary

Coach in Houston is seeking a Sales Support Associate to contribute to store success by delivering warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and ensuring a well-maintained sales floor. You will help guests find the right pieces and represent the brand with professionalism.

The role requires retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and comfort with POS systems. You will work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and support stockroom and merchandising efforts.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience (luxury preferred).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
• Support floor activities and collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
