Job summary

Coach in Ann Arbor is seeking a Sales Support Associate to engage customers warmly at the cash wrap and maintain an organized sales floor. You will support stock flow from receipt to POS and uphold brand standards in a luxury retail setting.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, fashion trend awareness, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, POS), and strong English communication. Flexibility for flexible schedule and peak times is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock or sales) in luxury environment preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet) and walkie-talkie usage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in English (for EU) or fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising updates on the floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Uphold housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
