• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and offer personalized help.
• Act as brand ambassador in local market and on social media where permitted.
• Operate POS accurately and keep the cash wrap organized; handle cash per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information when allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visual merchandising.
