Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in Livermore, CA to help drive store success through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. You will ensure smooth flow of product from receipt to point of sale and support the brand experience.

With 1+ year in retail, you’ll operate the POS, maintain cash wrap, suggest add-ons, and assist with shipments, stock replenishment, and merchandising updates. Flexible schedule including nights/weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Strong English language skills and customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer use.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
