Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic tech (iPad, Mobile POS).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Assist with stock, shipments, merchandising, and stockroom upkeep.
• Provide personalized service and capture customer information where permitted.
• Support social media engagement and brand representation.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet store goals.
