Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our store team in Livermore. You will greet clients, provide personalized assistance, and maintain a polished sales floor while supporting the flow of product from receipt to point of sale.

Responsibilities include operating the POS, promoting add-ons, handling shipments, and assisting with stock and merchandising. Strong English, retail experience, and proactive service are required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash registers, basic computer skills, and price sheets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS, manage cash wrap, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
