Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate to provide warm, professional service, manage the cash wrap, and maintain an organized sales floor. You will act as a brand ambassador in a luxury retail environment, assisting customers, processing transactions, and supporting product flow from receipt to point of sale.

The role requires strong communication, a good sense of fashion, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while upholding loss

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) in luxury retail preferred.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer use (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet), walkie-talkie, price and product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (EU).

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and comply with policy.
• Suggest add-on products and gift cards; collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels; replenish sales floor and update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests and collaborate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
