Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will contribute to a positive customer experience and facilitate daily operations in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Candidates should have 1+ year of retail experience, strong English and communication skills, and be able to multitask while maintaining store standards and visual presentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling and POS operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently.
