Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in California to deliver exceptional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will help maintain stockroom organization, process shipments, and keep visual merchandising up to date while upholding brand standards.

The role requires 1+ year in luxury retail, strong English communication, and familiarity with POS systems. Flexibility for nights and weekends is expected in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team or management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
