Coach, a global fashion house under the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Support Associate to deliver warm, professional service at the cash wrap and maintain a polished sales floor. You will help move products from receipt to sale, ensuring accurate transactions and a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, an eye for fashion trends, and strong English communication. Flexible scheduling and high standards of customer care are required.

Formación

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap; handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
