Coach, a luxury fashion house under Tapestry, Inc., seeks a Sales Support Associate to provide warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will help keep stockrooms organized, process shipments, and support visual merchandising while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong English communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet business needs including peak periods.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales) preferred in luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
