Job summary

Splendid is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our store team in New York. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales, engage customers with personalized styling, and lead a team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will train and coach staff, manage day-to-day operations, and help maintain store standards while upholding company policies. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and style customers based on their needs.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to maximize productivity.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager with store operations and policies.
