Job summary

Splendid is seeking a full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily operations and sales at our Manhattan Beach location. You will coach associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences through styling and personalized service.

You will manage payroll, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to execute store directives while prioritizing loss prevention and community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail or customer service.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting overall sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers.
• Set the example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating associates for productivity.
• Support Store Manager/Assistant Manager on store operations and policies.
• Manage payroll and ensure coverage based on business needs.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with management on employee relations and development goals.
• Represent the brand and ensure team embody the brand in all interactions.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies are followed and assist with audits.
