Splendid is hiring a Sales Supervisor (Full-Time) to join our store team in Florida. You will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, drive sales, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail sales, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and are capable of weekend/night shifts, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Ability to work weekends and night shifts as required.
• Standing for extended periods and ability to lift or move merchandise as needed.

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and helping individuals reach targets.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales through styling and wardrobe recommendations.
