Job summary

Splendid is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our New York store to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales while upholding store standards.

You will assist the Store Manager with daily operations, coaching, scheduling, and talent development, ensuring policies are followed and payroll is managed efficiently, including weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and at least 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to multitask and prioritize
• Career-driven, strong work ethic and high performance standards
• High level of initiative/self-starter.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Ability to accurately and efficiently operate cash register while following cash handling procedures

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day store operations.
