Ideal candidate brings 2+ years in luxury retail or high-end customer service, strong leadership, and a knack for balancing sales with payroll and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail and/or customer service.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is required.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to store success by meeting sales goals and guiding individual performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by styling and wardrobing customers.
• Set the example for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through outreach.
• Assist with training, coaching, and motivating associates.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager on store operations and policies.
• Assist with payroll management to meet coverage needs.
• Communicate with teams on directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations and Marketing.
• Communicate with leadership on employee relations and development goals.
• Represent the brand and ensure brand embodiment in interactions.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and audits are followed.
