Job summary

Splendid is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor to lead customer engagement and drive store sales, focusing on a premium guest experience and brand storytelling. As a member of the Store Management Team, you will assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, coach associates, manage payroll within guidelines, and ensure brand standards and loss prevention policies are followed.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in luxury retail or specialty sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related professional sales experience in luxury retail or specialty stores.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to the overall store success by ensuring sales goals are met and individual targets are achieved.
• Delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives sales by styling and engaging clients.
• Leads by example for customer engagement and brand representation.
• Assists with training, coaching, developing and motivating associates to maximize productivity.
• Supports payroll, scheduling, and store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.
