Job summary

rag & bone, Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in the Washington, DC area to lead service standards and support store management. You will ensure a service-centric floor, attend to customers, and guide staff in delivering the brand experience with integrity.

Availability is full-time with opportunities to participate in commissions and incentive programs that may adjust total compensation. 32–40 hours weekly required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric sales environment; luxury retail knowledge preferred but not required.
• Be original, be authentic.
• Own decisions, solve problems, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service and clienteling; ensure staff on duty follow guidelines.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage clientele and demonstrate product knowledge to staff.
• Encourage team selling and uphold rag & bone brand philosophy.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising for floor sets and ensure daily store operations.
