Job summary

rag & bone in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead service standards and support store management in delivering a premium shopping experience.

You will model clienteling excellence, drive sales goals, train staff on product knowledge, and collaborate with Visual Merchandising to execute floor sets while upholding brand policy.

Full-time availability (32–40 hours) with benefits, clothing allowance, and an employee discount program are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ prior work experience in a client centric, sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and sales interactions.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Ability to grow and manage clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and support senior management with delivery of this information to staff.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Understand and embody rag & bone brand philosophy.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on floor sets and window changes.
• Open and close the store according to guidelines.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and POS transactions.
• Diffuse conflicts professionally and escalate when needed.
