Job summary

rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead a client-centric, high-service sales floor and support store management in daily operations. The role emphasizes coaching, clienteling, and meeting store metrics while upholding brand standards.

You will partner with Visual Merchandising, ensure accurate POS transactions, and foster a positive, collaborative team environment on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Contemporary or luxury retail knowledge is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet store goals and deliver service standards.

Responsibilities

• Display best-in-class customer service techniques and clienteling standards.
• Meet store and metric goals.
• Grow and manage a clientele.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to staff via delivery of information.
• Encourage and recognize opportunities for team selling.
• Open and close the store per guidelines and maintain policies.
• Accurately process Point of Sale transactions.
• Support a positive, client-centric store atmosphere.
