Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor for our Geary St store in San Francisco. The role focuses on luxury service, clienteling, and driving sales to elevate the Vince experience.

You will lead on-floor selling, build a robust client book, and ensure excellence in product knowledge, visual standards, and store operations. The position offers $22.00–$25.00 hourly with eligibility for sales incentives; prior luxury retail success is required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds a deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach (SMS, email, follow-up, referrals).
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic and turns styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor to inspire the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Upholds all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
