Job summary

Vince is seeking a high-energy Sales Supervisor in Las Vegas to lead selling on the floor and elevate client interactions. You will own your client book, demonstrate luxury service standards, and convey deep product knowledge to close sales.

You will drive personal sales, manage client relationships, and mentor the team. The role includes operating duties and a focus on maintaining Vince’s luxury brand experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in luxury retail sales
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and clienteling expectations
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design to inspire purchases
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Discusses Vince aesthetics confidently to drive sales
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the sales floor
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
