Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to inspire purchases
• Cultivates and grows a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business
• Speaks confidently about the Vince aesthetic and converts conversations into sales
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and consultative selling
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling practices on the floor
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards
• Upholds all company policies including loss prevention and procedures
