Vince is seeking a highly motivated Sales Supervisor in Malibu to lead luxury clienteling, drive sales, and elevate the Vince experience. You will own your client book and set the tone for the store with exceptional product knowledge and service standards.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, mentoring the team on consultative selling, and supporting POS, merchandising, and inventory. This role emphasizes energy, expertise, and a passion for the Vince brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong selling instincts and ability to close a sale.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Comfortable with POS and CRM tools.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Develop deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction and design intent to influence purchases.
• Grow client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients with consultative selling.
• Model high-standard selling and clienteling on the floor.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising and inventory.
• Uphold all company policies including loss prevention.
