Job summary

Vince in Malibu, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor who leads with selling luxury apparel and elevates every client interaction. You will own client relationships, demonstrate strong product knowledge, and carry the store’s high service standards to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising and maintaining the sales floor.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent to inspire purchases.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speaks about the Vince aesthetic and turns styling conversations into brand-focused interactions.
• Converts walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and wardrobe planning.
• Models best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Supports store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Upholds all company policies, including loss prevention and operational procedures.
