Responsibilities

Provide personalized, high-touch service, offering styling advice and tailoring recommendations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, fabrics, craftsmanship, and key selling points.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and cross-selling.
Support store manager in maintaining visual presentation per brand guidelines.
Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and gift cards.
Collaborate with team to uphold LAKE’s culture and client relationships.
Participate in store events to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
Share product knowledge with colleagues to boost team growth.
