Job summary

Vince in Malibu, CA is seeking a highly motivated Full-Time Key Holder who leads with selling, elevates client interactions, and upholds luxury service standards. You will own your client book, exceed sales goals, and demonstrate strong product knowledge to inspire confidence.

You will mentor peers and manage POS, merchandising, and inventory while maintaining the Vince luxury environment. Weekend/evening availability is required; compensation includes hourly pay and sales incentives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to climb ladders and lift up to 35 pounds while merchandising.
• Flexible schedule; weekends, evenings, events and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieves and exceeds personal sales goals, KPIs, and clienteling expectations.
• Builds deep understanding of fabrics, fits, construction, and design intent as selling tools.
• Cultivates a robust client book through proactive outreach to generate repeat business.
• Speak confidently about the Vince aesthetic to drive brand-focused interactions.
• Convert walk-in traffic into loyal clients through elevated engagement and wardrobe advice.
• Model best-in-class selling and clienteling on the floor for the team.
• Support store operations including POS, merchandising, inventory, and visual standards.
• Uphold all company policies, including loss prevention and procedures.
