Job summary

Maison Margiela, a Paris-based luxury fashion house, seeks a Sales Supervisor in a leadership role to drive sales, develop talent, and elevate client experience. You will manage a client portfolio while coaching Client Advisors and translating store objectives into daily actions on the floor.

Partner with Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to identify opportunities, close gaps, and deliver sustainable growth through data-driven decisions and strong brand execution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of selling and leadership experience, fashion or luxury retail preferred.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop others, including giving constructive feedback.
• Strong command of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
• Proficiency with CRM, POS and clienteling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving store sales objectives.
• Translate targets into daily/weekly goals; set expectations with Store Management.
• Coach Client Advisors on selling skills, clienteling, product knowledge, and KPI performance.
• Partner with Store Management on performance evaluations and development plans.
• Drive clienteling, appointments, events, and CRM activity.
• Balance operational responsibilities with a strong sales floor presence.
