Maison Margiela in Las Vegas seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead a busy luxury boutique while maintaining an active client portfolio. You will translate store objectives into daily actions, coach Client Advisors, and foster a culture of brand excellence and clienteling.

Reporting to Store Manager and collaborating with the retail team, you will analyze KPIs, drive cross-selling, manage appointments, events and trunk shows, and develop talent to sustain sustainable growth and exceptional client

Formación

• 3+ years of selling and leadership experience, preferably in luxury/fashion retail.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others with measurable outcomes.
• Strong command of retail KPIs and clienteling practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the sales team on the floor with hands-on coaching and product expertise.
• Drive sales through clienteling, cross-selling, events, appointments, and trunk shows.
• Analyze KPI data to identify opportunities and develop action plans with Store Management.
• Maintain an elevated client experience aligned with brand standards.
• Build and sustain a high-performing, inclusive sales culture.
