As a key member of the Store Management Team, you will model brand standards, manage daily operations, and ensure payroll and policies are followed to support store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
