Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets and drive sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling and wardrobe recommendations.
• Lead by example in customer engagement and brand standards.
• Build client relationships and drive sales through outreach.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates for maximum productivity.
• Assist Store Manager in leadership, culture, and policy execution.
• Help manage payroll within guidelines to ensure proper coverage.
• Communicate directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing.
