Job summary

Splendid is seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our luxury retail team in New York. This full-time role supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations, drives sales, delivers outstanding customer experiences, and coaches the team to meet targets.

You will lead by example in customer engagement, manage payroll alignment, and ensure store standards are followed while representing the brand with integrity. Weekend and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in specialty or luxury retail.
• At least 1 year of supervisor experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to overall store success by meeting sales goals and individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales through styling and wardrobing.
