Qualifications

• Positive and engaging attitude with excellent communication and work ethic.
• Love for fashion, dressing up, styling, and bringing joy to women.
• Strong local networking in Atlanta's social, wedding, and retail circuit.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 25-30 lbs, and work retail opening/closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Meet personal sales goals and coach the boutique team on styling and product knowledge.
• Lead one-on-one styling sessions and manage high-value client relationships using Shopify and Endear.
• Foster relationships with local influencers and wedding planners to boost visibility.
• Coordinate in-store events, trunk shows, and charity partnerships.
• Maintain elevated floor sets and orderly inventory, open/close procedures.
